Set on 20,000 m² of private forest bordering the Učka Nature Park, Villa BV offers a unique blend of luxury, nature, and complete tranquility.
Guests can enjoy a shared outdoor salted water pool with a spacious terrace boasting panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea, nearby islands, and Mount UÄŤka, as well as elegant apartments decorated in a timeless classic style with modern amenities.
The villa enjoys an elevated and secluded location, just 7 km from Ičići and the nearest beach, surrounded by scenic hiking and cycling trails.
The famous seaside promenade connecting Lovran, Opatija, and the charming fishing village of Volosko is 11 km away.
It’s the perfect starting point to travel and explore the area’s many attractions.
Villa BV consists of four apartments with a maximum occupancy of 12 guests:
– Two spacious two-bedroom apartments (North & West Wing)
– Two studio apartments (South & East Wing)
The entire property is enclosed by stone walls, ensuring complete privacy and security.
Guests enjoy free private parking, free Wi-Fi in every apartment, and air conditioning inrooms (except bathrooms).
All doors and windows are fitted with mosquito screens, and the water supply is fully drinkable.

The hotel day starts from hour 17:00 and ends at 10:00.
